Rabbit and Objects, Inspired by an anonymous Minhwa, reinterpreted in the artist’s own colors, 20 x 45cm, Sumi Ink, Gofun, Pigment powder on Hanji
This Chekgado(Korean still life with books and objects) is colored only with Black Ink, Gofun (made of dried seashall), and Mahogany colored pigment powder.
Having a couple of cranes with pomegranates makes it a great present to a couple wishing for love and prosperity.
The mounting is made as a Korean scroll.
